Housing for next year

It's crazy to think I will be living in a house next year with my friends. Its not final yet but me and 2 other of my friends are planning to live in campus court. I am super excited to not have to live in the dorm any more and have some more personal space. It will be a lot of fun to decorate. Even more fun to decorate during the holidays, like Christmas and thanksgiving. It will be cool to be able to have people over to hang out and stuff. It is kinda of stressful trying to figure the whole thing out, because it does cost a lot of money to live in campus court. But all the house are super nice and I can't wait to live there!

Finals week

I hope I am not the only person freaking out about finals week. I feel like so much is riding on one test and I'm super stressed. Finals in high school were easy and easy to get by without studying. Even if you don't do that well you still can get a good grade in the class. But I feel like college is so much different. I'm not sure when I should starting studying, I have 3 finals that I'm taking. Im thinking since one is next Wednesday, I'll start over the weekend, and then probably start studying for the other 2 after that one is done. I'm still trying to figure out what kind of studying works best for me. I think going to the library so far I find works the best. I can not do homework in my dorm. Every time I end up watching Netflix.

Thanksgiving

I am so happy to be home for Thanksgiving break! I actually love coming home and seeing my friends and family. I am also so glad to have a little break from school. I have been a little over whelmed lately with all the school work and finals coming up so fast. It's hard to believe that we only have 2 weeks left of school till finals. I am counting down the days till Christmas break!!

College GameDay

This weekend College GameDay is coming to western. I don't know much about it but once they started setting it up, I kept getting more excited for it. It's so cool seeing them set up and knowing that  it will be on ESPN for everyone to watch. I'm super excited for Saturday and I'm hoping the Broncos will win. I haven't been to a game yet, but I'm planning on going to the one this weekend so I'm also excited about that. I'm a little sad to because the tailgates are so much fun and this is the last home one for me.

1st Semester

The first semester is really already over. I was looking over my schedule today and there is only 4 weeks left after today. I am just in shock! I can't believe it is almost over with already. I feel like I just moved in yesterday. I still don't feel at home yet here so it's weird. I am stressed over the thought of finals! In high school they were so easy and if you failed it wasn't the end of the world. In college it feels like I will fail the whole class if I don't do well. I also feel like I don't even know how to study well yet. So even though, I still have 4 weeks yet but I am starting to freak a little.

Keeping a planner

Before college I never used a planner in my life. Every year in middle school and high school we got planners for free and the only time I ever used it was to go to the bathroom or leave the classroom. But now that I've gotten to college I would die without my planner! I use it everyday and write all my assignments in it and what I have going on that day, like what days I work and what days I get paid. Its crazy how much college has changed me! I never thought I was use a planner but there is no way I could remember all my assignments and remember what days they are due. I think it takes a little bit of stress off of my because I don't have tot remember everything. I think everyone was use one.

Vacation

As the weather keeps getting colder and colder and the school work gets harder and harder to do. I am counting down the days till I go on vacation! I am going on a cruise and to Florida and I can not wait. It will be super nice to get away and spend time with my family. I hate winter and the cold so that us what is getting me through the cold days. Also I need a longer weekend and break because I am dying with school work. I am counting down the days till Thanksgiving and Christmas break. Less than a month till Thanksgiving break! Until then I am just going to back it day by day.
